Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and adjustments are handled for intelligence reports, subscriptions, and advisory engagements.

This policy applies to all services offered by SA Market Insights, including reports, dashboards, subscriptions, and advisory engagements.
2. Definitions
“Client” refers to organisations or individuals engaging SA Market Insights. “Deliverables” encompass reports, dashboards, and other outputs agreed upon.
3. General Principles
We aim to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency. Refunds or credits are considered based on service progress and contractual terms.
4. Cancellation Requests
Clients may request cancellations via [email protected]. Requests should include engagement details and reasons for cancellation.
5. Report Deliveries
Once a bespoke report or dashboard is delivered, refunds are generally not provided due to the customised nature of the work. We will rectify factual inaccuracies promptly.
6. Advisory Engagements
For advisory retainers or projects, cancellation terms follow the engagement agreement. Fees for completed phases remain payable.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current term. Pro-rata refunds are evaluated case-by-case when mandated by contract.
8. Rescheduling
Workshops or briefings may be rescheduled with at least three business days’ notice. Shorter notice may incur rescheduling fees to cover preparation costs.
9. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered if services have not commenced or if SA Market Insights cannot fulfil agreed deliverables. Eligibility depends on contractual clauses.
10. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. Confirmation will be sent via email with relevant references.
11. Non-Refundable Expenses
Third-party costs incurred on behalf of clients (e.g., data purchases, travel) remain non-refundable once committed.
12. Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to engage our team to resolve concerns swiftly. Disputes are handled in line with South African law and contractual provisions.
13. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. Revisions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
